Olivia Rizakos

In this role, Olivia assisted Emma with participant recruitment, data collection, and scraping. Olivia also conducted literature reviews on felt trust; specifically, she examined its conceptualization, operationalization, and empirical underpinnings and investigated the relationship between supervisor monitoring variability, subordinates’ daily felt trust, and well-being. Olivia is looking to continue this line of research as an honours thesis student in the GOT lab. Outside the lab, Olivia has experience working in data analysis as a Contract Administrator and Project Analyst. She is also a Political Science Peer Contact and a women’s varsity soccer team member at the University of Guelph.

Shaelynn Blechner

Shaelynn is in her fourth year as a Bachelor of Arts Honours Psychology student. She joined Dr. Gill’s lab as an Undergraduate summer intern in the summer of 2023. As a summer intern she has had the opportunity to conduct literature reviews and code data under the supervision of Dr. Gill. She is looking forward to working closely with Simran Dhatt as she completes her honours thesis this fall. Right now, they are working on researching how conflict in the workplace affects trust. Having gained valuable experience with the GOT lab, she looks forward to hopefully pursuing a graduate degree in I-O psychology. In her spare time Shaelynn enjoys cooking, listening to music and hanging out with friends.
